The Art of Business Process Transformation was born during the long decade when ZENNture implemented several projects for multinational companies like Philips, DHL, British Car Auctions (BCA) and TNT/ FedEx. Our services were first utilised to standardise and transition the back-offices in the different countries to one global ERP platform followed by the outsourcing of these processes to a third party with their Shared Service Centre in Eastern Europe, India and China. These transformations provided many advantages, especially from a costing point of view and were only possible by the proper utilisation of Business Process Management (BPM) tools and methodologies.
